INGREDIENTS:
For the Biscuits:
1 can refrigerated biscuits
For the Sausage Gravy:
1 lb breakfast sausage
1/4 cup flour
2 1/2 cups milk
Salt & pepper to taste
For the Eggs & Sausage:
6 eggs
1 tbsp butter
4 sausage patties
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: Bake biscuits as per package instructions.
Step 2: In a pan, cook sausage until browned. Sprinkle flour, stir, then slowly add milk. Simmer until thick. Season to taste.
Step 3: Scramble eggs in butter. Cook sausage patties until browned.
Step 4: Serve biscuits topped with gravy, alongside eggs and sausage. Enjoy!
