Corned Beef Reuben Sandwich 😋❤️
Ingredients:
8 slices rye bread
1 pound corned beef, thinly sliced
1 cup sauerkraut, drained
8 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 cup Russian dressing
Butter for grilling
Directions:
Preheat the Skillet: Warm up a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Assemble the Sandwiches: Spread Russian dressing on one side of each bread slice. Take four slices and layer them with corned beef, sauerkraut, and two slices of Swiss cheese each. Place the remaining bread slices on top, dressing side down.
Grill to Perfection: Butter the outer sides of each sandwich and place them on the hot skillet. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese melts.
