Crispy Dry Rub Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
• 2 lb chicken wings
• ½ cup all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 2 tbsp oil
Instructions:
1. Pat the chicken wings completely dry using paper towels.
2. In a large bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and all spices.
3. Add the wings and toss until evenly coated.
4. Drizzle oil over the wings and mix again.
5. Arrange wings on a baking tray in a single layer.
6. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway.
7. Cook until golden, crispy, and fully done.
