Ingredients:
- 4-6 chicken pieces (breast, thighs, legs, or wings)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce of your choice
- 1/4 cup olive oil (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce and olive oil (if using).
- Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and turn to coat.
- Cover the bowl and marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Heat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken pieces from the marinade and discard any remaining marinade.
- Place the chicken pieces on the grill, skin side down. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Brush the chicken with additional BBQ sauce during the last 5 minutes of cooking, if desired.
- Serve hot.
