Ingredients:
- 2 slabs pork or beef ribs
- 1/2 cup dry rub (such as brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chili powder)
- BBQ sauce of your choice
Instructions:
- Clean the ribs by removing the membrane from the bone side and trimming any excess fat.
- Season the ribs on both sides with the dry rub, making sure to fully coat each piece.
- Smoke the ribs on a smoker or grill set to 225°F for 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature of the ribs reaches 145°F.
- Brush the ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce and continue smoking for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
Note: You can also bake the ribs in the oven at 325°F for 2-2.5 hours, then finish them on the grill for 5-10 minutes for a crisp char and added smoke flavor. Enjoy!
