BBQ Ribs Ingredients and Cooking instructions


 

Ingredients:

  • 2 slabs pork or beef ribs
  • 1/2 cup dry rub (such as brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chili powder)
  • BBQ sauce of your choice

Instructions:

  1. Clean the ribs by removing the membrane from the bone side and trimming any excess fat.
  2. Season the ribs on both sides with the dry rub, making sure to fully coat each piece.
  3. Smoke the ribs on a smoker or grill set to 225°F for 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature of the ribs reaches 145°F.
  4. Brush the ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce and continue smoking for an additional 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.

Note: You can also bake the ribs in the oven at 325°F for 2-2.5 hours, then finish them on the grill for 5-10 minutes for a crisp char and added smoke flavor. Enjoy!
