BBQ Shrimp Ingredients and Cooking Instructions


Ingredients:

  • 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and turn to coat.
  3. Cover the bowl and marinate the shrimp in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
  4. Heat a grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Place the shrimp on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until pink and fully cooked.
  6. Serve hot.
