Ingredients:
- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 1 cup BBQ sauce of your choice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (optional)
Instructions:
- Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes.
- In a large bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce and olive oil (if using).
- Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and turn to coat.
- Cover the bowl and marinate the tofu in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Heat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the tofu from the marinade and discard any remaining marinade.
- Place the tofu on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve hot.
