Ingredients:
- 4-6 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce of your choice
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup olive oil (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and olive oil (if using).
- Add the pork chops to the bowl and turn to coat.
- Cover the bowl and marinate the pork chops in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Heat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the pork chops from the marinade and discard any remaining marinade.
- Place the pork chops on the grill, and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Brush the pork chops with additional BBQ sauce during the last 5 minutes of cooking, if desired.
- Serve hot.
