Ingredients and Cooking Instructions For BBQ Pork Chops

 


Ingredients:

  • 4-6 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce of your choice
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and olive oil (if using).
  2. Add the pork chops to the bowl and turn to coat.
  3. Cover the bowl and marinate the pork chops in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  4. Heat a grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and discard any remaining marinade.
  6. Place the pork chops on the grill, and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  7. Brush the pork chops with additional BBQ sauce during the last 5 minutes of cooking, if desired.
  8. Serve hot.
