  • Pork chops
  • Oil (for frying)

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Place the pork chops in the skillet.

  4. Use a meat thermometer to check if the internal temperature of the pork chops has reached 145°F (63°C).
  5. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
