Ingredients and Cooking Instructions For Grilled Steak

 



Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of your preferred cut of steak (e.g., ribeye, sirloin, filet mignon)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil or melted butter (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Remove steak from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature (30 minutes to an hour).
  2. Season both sides of the steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat up your grill to high heat. Clean and oil the grates.
  4. If using, brush both sides of the steak with olive oil or melted butter.
  5. Place the steak on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired doneness (rare, medium rare, medium, well done).
  6. Once done, remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
