Cabbage & Ground Beef Skillet
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small head cabbage, chopped
1 small onion, diced
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes (with juice)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt (or to taste)
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Brown beef in a large skillet over medium heat (5–7 min). Drain excess grease.
Add onion & garlic; cook 2 minutes.
Stir in cabbage, tomatoes, and seasonings.
Cover and simmer 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender.
Taste and adjust salt/pepper. Serve hot.
