Fluffy Pancake Breakfast with Eggs, Sausages & Patties

๐Ÿฅž Fluffy Pancake Breakfast with Eggs, Sausages & Patties ๐Ÿฝ️


Ingredients:


- 1 cup (125 g) flour

- 1 tbsp sugar

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1 egg

- 1 cup (240 ml) milk

- 1 tbsp melted butter

- 4 eggs (for scrambling)

- 2 tbsp butter

- 4 sausages

- 2 roasted patties

- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- Salt & pepper to taste

- Maple syrup


Instructions:


1. Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder. Whisk in egg, milk, and melted butter until smooth.

2. Cook pancakes on a medium pan, 2–3 mins per side until golden.

3. Scramble eggs in butter over low heat, stirring gently.

4. Pan-fry sausages and patties until browned and cooked through.

5. Sautรฉ mushrooms in olive oil with salt and pepper until tender.

6. Plate everything together and drizzle pancakes with maple syrup.
