🍗 KFC Style Original Recipe


Ingredients:


2 lbs chicken (8 pieces)

2 cups buttermilk

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tbsp paprika

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp dried thyme

1/2 tsp ground sage


Procedure:


Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Mix flour with all spices.

Coat chicken pieces in seasoned flour.

Deep fry at 170–175°C until golden and crispy.

Drain and serve hot.


🍗 Chick-fil-A Style Buttermilk Brined


Ingredients:


2 lbs chicken breasts or tenders

2 cups buttermilk

1/4 cup pickle juice

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp paprika

Oil for frying


Procedure:


Marinate chicken in buttermilk and pickle juice overnight.

Mix flour, sugar, and spices.

Coat chicken in flour mixture.

Fry until golden brown and fully cooked.

Serve hot.

Ingredients:

1 cup buttermilk

Procedure:


Marinate chicken in buttermilk and hot sauce for several hours.

Procedure:

Procedure:
