1. Roasted Turkey

Ingredients:
* 1 whole turkey
* ½ cup olive oil
* ½ cup butter (melted)
* Salt & pepper (to taste)
* Fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, sage)
* 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Rub turkey with olive oil and melted butter.
3. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
4. Place in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth around it.
5. Roast until golden and fully cooked, basting occasionally.
6. Rest before carving and serve.

 2. Smoked Turkey

Ingredients:
* 1 whole turkey
* ¼ cup olive oil
* 2 tbsp brown sugar
* 2 tbsp paprika
* 1 tbsp garlic powder
* 1 tbsp onion powder
* 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat smoker to 110–120°C (225–250°F).
2. Rub turkey with olive oil and spice mix.
3. Place turkey in smoker.
4. Smoke until internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
5. Rest before serving.

 3. Herb Butter Turkey

Ingredients:
* 1 whole turkey
* ½ cup butter (softened)
* 2 tbsp fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, parsley)
* 4 garlic cloves (minced)
* Salt & pepper
* 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions:
1. Mix butter with herbs and garlic.
2. Rub mixture under and over turkey skin.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Roast at 180°C (350°F), adding broth to pan.
5. Baste occasionally and cook until done.
6. Rest and serve.

 4. Lemon Garlic Turkey

Ingredients:
* 1 whole turkey
* ½ cup olive oil
* 3 tbsp lemon juice
* 4 garlic cloves (minced)
* Salt & pepper
Instructions:
1. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic.
2. Rub mixture over turkey.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Roast at 180°C (350°F) until golden and cooked through.
5. Rest and serve.

 5. Maple Glazed Turkey

Ingredients:
* 1 whole turkey
* ¼ cup maple syrup
* ¼ cup melted butter
* 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
* Salt & pepper
Instructions:
1. Mix maple syrup, butter, and mustard.
2. Brush glaze over turkey.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Roast at 180°C (350°F), basting with glaze.
5. Cook until caramelized and fully done.
6. Rest before slicing.

 6. Cajun Spiced Turkey

Ingredients:
* 1 whole turkey
* ½ cup olive oil
* 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
* 1 tbsp paprika
* ½ tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Mix oil with Cajun seasoning and paprika.
2. Rub mixture all over turkey.
3. Roast at 180°C (350°F).
4. Cook until crispy outside and juicy inside.
5. Rest and serve.
