The Indonesian black chicken

The Indonesian black chicken is the strangest, most expensive and rarest breed of chicken in the world, it is called "Lamborghini chicken", the price of its eggs can reach 2500 dollars and it is very delicious.

Everything in this chicken is black without exception, its feathers, beak, tongue, nails, even its meat, eggs and bones. As for his blood, it is dark red, which tends to black.

Grilled Steak with Caramelized Onions and Fries

🥩 Grilled Steak with Caramelized Onions and Fries – A Classic Comfort Feast! 🍟

Juicy steak, sweet caramelized onions, golden crispy fries, and a tangy dipping sauce—this dish is a perfect balance of elegance and indulgence!

Ingredients

For the Steak:

● 1 ribeye or sirloin steak (about 1-inch thick)

● 1 tbsp olive oil

● Salt and freshly ground black pepper

● Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

For the Caramelized Onions:

● 1 large onion, thinly sliced

● 1 tbsp butter

● 1 tsp sugar (optional, for added sweetness)

For the Fries:

● 2 large potatoes, cut into fries

● 2 tbsp olive oil

● Salt and pepper to taste

For the Dipping Sauce:

● ½ cup mayonnaise

● 1 tsp Dijon mustard

● 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Prepare the Fries:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Toss potato fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange them on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.

Cook the Steak:

Rub steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper on both sides.

Heat a grill pan or skillet over high heat. Sear steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust for your preferred doneness).

Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Caramelize the Onions:

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Add sliced onions and cook slowly, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and soft. Add sugar for extra sweetness, if desired.

Make the Dipping Sauce:

Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Assemble and Serve:

Place the steak on a plate and top with caramelized onions.

Add crispy fries on the side, along with a small bowl of dipping sauce.

Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

💡 Tips:

● Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness (135°F for medium-rare).

● Soak potato fries in water for 30 minutes before baking for extra crispiness.

● Enhance flavor with garlic butter melted over the steak just before serving.
