Pork Chops

 


Ingredients:

  • Pork chops
  • Vegetables (such as bell peppers, onion, carrots, broccoli, etc.)
  • Stir-fry sauce (such as soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, etc.)
  • Cooking oil (such as vegetable or canola oil)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Cut the pork chops into thin strips and set aside.
  2. Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  3. In a wok or large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil over high heat.
  4. Add the pork strips and cook for 2-3 minutes or until browned.
  5. Add the chopped vegetables to the wok or skillet and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Pour in the stir-fry sauce and continue to stir-fry until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve the stir-fried pork and vegetables hot, over rice or noodles. Enjoy!

Steak

 



Ingredients:

  • Steak (e.g. ribeye, sirloin, or filet)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil or other oil
  • Garlic (optional)
  • Herbs (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Season steak with salt, pepper, and any desired herbs or spices.
  3. Heat a large oven-safe pan over high heat. Add oil and garlic (if using).
  4. Sear steak for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. Transfer pan to the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes, depending on desired doneness.
  6. Remove pan from the oven and let steak rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
