Ingredients:
- Pork chops
- Vegetables (such as bell peppers, onion, carrots, broccoli, etc.)
- Stir-fry sauce (such as soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, etc.)
- Cooking oil (such as vegetable or canola oil)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
- Cut the pork chops into thin strips and set aside.
- Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- In a wok or large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil over high heat.
- Add the pork strips and cook for 2-3 minutes or until browned.
- Add the chopped vegetables to the wok or skillet and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the stir-fry sauce and continue to stir-fry until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the stir-fried pork and vegetables hot, over rice or noodles. Enjoy!
